USA: Items are shipped within 2 days.

INTERNATIONAL: Items are shipped within 5 business days. Items take 1-2 days to process.

No refund. Returns of unused and/or untampered items will be exchange for store credit by emailing ClawsiDesign@gmail.com. Store credit is valid for only 1 month after date of purchase. Incorrect shipments and returns must be made within 14 days upon order receipt. Please note you are responsible for all return shipping expenses.
