USA: Items are shipped within 2 days. INTERNATIONAL: Items are shipped within 5 business days. Items take 1-2 days to process. No refund. Returns of unused and/or untampered items will be exchange for store credit by emailing ClawsiDesign@gmail.com. Store credit is valid for only 1 month after date of purchase. Incorrect shipments and returns must be made within 14 days upon order receipt. Please note you are responsible for all return shipping expenses. For questions about a specific order please submit an inquiry through our "Contact" page form.

We accept credit, debit, Paypal, purchase orders and other pre-determined payment terms for wholesale orders.
