Orders received after 12pm EST Friday or the day before a holiday will begin processing the next business day

 

USA: Items are shipped within 2 business days.

 

International: Items are shipped within 5 business days. Prior to shipping, items take 1-2 days to process. 

 

Shipping Carrier: All items are ship via USPS with tracking updates.

 

Returns / Refunds: No refund. Returns of unused and/or untampered items will be exchange for store credit by emailing ClawsiDesign@gmail.com. Store credit is valid for only 1 month after date of purchase. Incorrect shipments and returns must be made within 14 days upon order receipt. Please note you are responsible for all return shipping expenses.
